Teachers' Winter 2012 UpdateWe hope you had a great Holiday Season! We wish you all the best for the new year. You can now download Teachers' Winter 2012 Update. MREPBC continues to celebrate 20 years of supporting and encouraging geoscience, mineral resources and mining education in BC schools!
In this issue, you will find all the upcoming opportunities for you and your students - our fantastic teacher and student days at Industry Conferences like Mineral Exploration Roundup 2012, pro-d opportunites and more. There are new and exciting resources we have highlighted. There is a special segment on the re-opening of the historic Bralorne Mine and information about our upcoming BC Mining Week Community Fair!
Going paperless!
MREPBC will phasing out the delivery the Teachers' Update through snail mail to individual teachers. We will continue to send one paper copy to each school and school district office.
If you currently receive a print copy and would like to keep receiving MREPBC notices, you have to switch to e-mail! You can help speed up the process of switching by e-mailing your info to or signing up through the website.
